At the moment we use the internet as our store front. We are a studio based Pet Boutique situated in Tamworth NSW.

Yes! We offer free delivery in Tamworth.

Do you offer shipping outside of Tamworth?

Yes! Delivery throughout Australia is available. We package our products with care to ensure their safe arrival.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days from purchase. You will receive a tracking number once posted. Please keep in mind we are a rural town, therefore, some items may take a little longer in transit.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges on items that are faulty or damaged. Faulty or damaged items are classified as unsatisfactory quality, not as described or fit for purpose.

Sizing instructions are below to help with choosing a comfortable fit for your fur baby. Please note: all shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by us.

What is your Refund Policy?

A refund will only be provided on items that are faulty within 5 business days of purchase. Please send photos, order number and enquiries through to info@houseofmikoda.com.au

Refunds will not be provided due to change of mind or wrong size. Items that may have been damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear or accident will not be considered faulty. House of Mikoda has the right to refuse a refund under these circumstances.
